Doku wiki integration

For the on-line documentation creation, the wiki system can be used. The DokuWiki was integrated with the ArsBuilder software. The main features of the integration are:

• General login/password for the administrators
• General header and footer.
• Wiki is fully unchanged. So it is possible to update it, install the new modules and so on.
